Doesn't play within his team's flow of offense, commits stupid turnovers, forces the action in critical moments instead of going for the high percentage shots.
Harden is the same, Kobe too but his teams were too stacked to fail.

Bron actually plays team ball which is why his teams always go deep into the playoffs.
