Why are so many people against trump becoming president?

Bro, don't post facts about job creation and unemployment or the housing market being much better than what it was back in 2007 and 2008, because people will just come in here and say Obama is the worst president in the history of existence and say all that stuff happening is a lie and not his doing.

I don't get it. Gas prices are way down. Houses are more affordable and people are not losing their homes at the rate they were. Unemployment is down. The Stock Market is at an all time high. People are actually spending money. In the states where the Governor's are putting enough people into the system (even in Ohio with a republican Governor) Obamacare is successful. Not overwhelmingly, but it's the 1st time in US history we have universal healthcare-something that Republican GOD Ronald Reagan wanted but couldn't get through.

Yet we judge the Presidency on what clowns like Netanyahu think about Obama. He was a tough talker until Obama set him straight.

Obama is not perfect at all. But the country isn't as bad as some suggest.

I agree, but some people can't see past their personal hatred for Obama. I don't think Obamacare is perfect, but there is like 30-40 million people that were uninsured before that now have at least some form of healthcare because of it. I think single payer healthcare is the answer, but that may never fully happen in this country.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend to know fully what determines the price of gas at the pump, but I enjoy the fact that three years ago I was paying 3.30+ a gallon, and now I'm paying anywhere from 1.50-1.75

My ex-girlfriends Mom is a a rich immigrant from Thailand. She and all her Thai friends love Trump and are praying he wins. She also believes that non-white, non-Asia people are a subspecies of the human race and should never be put in control of anything, and that her daughter and I could bring a black friend over at Christmas in theory, but he would have to eat outside or in the garage because black people are thieves. She also is all for banning Muslims and (dot) Indians (fuck if I know why), so Trump is her dream come true.

This is what people mean when they say hate mongering; it has nothing to do with him being racist, and everything to do with him using people's racist tendencies to garner votes and get elected.

I got lots of buddies who are wealthy... Smart guys in general.... But most of the money they have was more luck than skill!!!

Exactly, my friend. Everyone wants to frame themselves as being a have-not who had to work their way up to get what they have. Some of the people I went to college with had all their bills paid by their parents the whole time, just coasted through state college and partied all the time, and now I hear them complain about how lazy poor people are. One of my Asian friends, who was born rich, recently said that that he believes the country should be segregated into "those who want to improve their lives and those that don't."

even if the op is being sarcastic you'd be amazed how many college kids and housewives and other liberal voter demographics sincerely think trump said he would "kick out all muslims"

if you bury "temporarily suspend the flow of immigrants from the middle east until we can properly screen for connections to terrorism" in enough garbage journalism, it eventually turns into "kick out all muslims"

then the average person (who remember, has an IQ at or below 100) sits there thinking "I can't believe this guy is going to be president! It almost doesn't seem real!"
