Can anyone inform that this is real because I can't find any credible news site reporting it. If it is real than this goes to show you Law Enforcers need more thorough training and be mentally evaluated each year.

Wow, the cop just decides he's had enough of struggling with the suspect and decides to murder him in cold blood.

The suspect now with multiple gun shot wounds is handcuffed and leaned on and squashed by a 300 lbs man.

Total amateur hour and an embarrassment to the American police force. There must be something wrong with the training there.
