A federal court nominee who could not answer basic legal questions at a Senate hearing last week has withdrawn from consideration, the third such casualty for President Trump in the past week.

Why the f-ck did Trump even nominate this clown for a judgeship? He hadn't even taken a deposition by himself.

I'm sure they could find any number of more qualified conservative friendly nominees. Weird choice and mind boggling defensive reaction from other conservatives who couldn't just say "yeah this guy blows, we'll find another one".

The second time he's given Russia classified information. Granted the President can declassify information. But by giving classified information Russian can trace how we're obtaining the information and who we're working with. Stopping a bombing may look good on the surface. But giving Russia leads as to how we gather info, where we're gathering the info, and who we're gathering the info from is dangerous.

A CIA tip doesn't mean he revealed information that would pose great risk to national security. It's not like he stored thousands of unsecured emails on a private server that was easily hacked, many of which were classified at a Top Secret level.
