I'm slightly embarrassed by the petitions to ban to ban Trump from the UK, to be honest. Trump is running for office, and is free to say whatever he wants, he will be judged at the ballot box. He will have to live with the consequences, of his promises whether they be negative or positive. People are free to disagree with him, and if they want to try and change his position they should discuss their differences. That's what's supposed to happen in a free, and democratic society.

Donald Trump wants to ban the internet, plans to ask Bill Gates to "close it up"


Donald Trump has called for the internet to be turned off so that children can no longer use it.

The presidential hopeful said that “We’ve got to maybe do something with the internet,” because it was being used to radicalise people. He said that he would “see Bill Gates” so that he could look into “closing it up”.

Children in America are “watching the internet and they want to be masterminds”, Trump said in a speech.

"We're losing a lot of people because of the internet," Trump said. "We have to see Bill Gates and a lot of different people that really understand what's happening.

“We have to talk to them about, maybe in certain areas, closing that internet up in some ways. Somebody will say, 'Oh freedom of speech, freedom of speech.' These are foolish people."

Trump really does speak for a demographic in America, the one that chooses to act like time isn't a real phenomenon we're all subject to. I think the amount of support he gets is comical and I look forward to every day he makes a statement speaking on behalf of the the very stupid "common man." Trump really does speak for a demographic in America, the one that chooses to act like time isn't a real phenomenon we're all subject to. All of their sneering and mocking would instead be rewarded with the bliss of knowing their place in society would be left undisturbed. After all, it's really tough on poor destitute Americans to have the slightest bit of empathy for someone else, even themselves.

America is a not peopled by smart individuals, indeed, it's a land where glitz, glamour, and pomposity take center stage. For ****'s sake we have absolute ******s on television posing as if they had substance. The Kardashians and the utterly moronic Kanye West dominating the headlines with their ******ed offspring.

Indeed, Fox News however is not about news, information or even politics. They're all about echoing the sentiments of outraged Americans, that's all. They aren't persuading or deceiving people, not one bit. They are the news network for the brain dead. No one legitimately tunes into Fox News to get accurate information. Rather, viewers tune into Fox to be comforted and reassured the world they believe they live in is still located in the 50's. Limbaugh, Savage, Beck and Hannity are entrepreneurs of the ******ed. These guys are walking away with fortunes stirring up sentiments instead of enlightening.

There is no honest discourse because some Americans can't be honest with themselves about what they're afraid of. Is it all of the black and browns or is it men loving men or woman loving women? The list goes on, and on.

Trump is doing nothing more than he's done his entire career, be a showman and sell, sell, sell. The only problem is, now his buyers are composed of half the country and they love to hear his pie hole/radula opening and closing at light speed. They love outright race baiting and fantasy quick fixes, even if they violate the civil liberties of someone else.

Once this country violated it's most sacred ideals because of fear the flood gates were open for unprovoked wars, insane presidential candidates and apathy....

if trump, by some miracle wins his party's primary, with that momentum of hate and stupidity backed by what'll be billions of dollars .... i can't see hillary or sanders beating him in the general.

Facts:

1) Except in the very odd/exceptional election year of 1964, the Dems haven’t cracked 50% of the whites in a Presidential election since 1932.

2) Once the ‘64 election was over, the Dems understood that they would never win another Presidential election again unless the Republicans REALLY screwed up...or unless they changed the electorate in a dramatic way.

3) The Dems, courtesy of Bobby Kennedy who wrote the law, and Teddy Kennedy who pushed it in the Senate, passed the 1965 Immigration Act. That law dramatically reduced immigration from our then-traditional large sources of immigrants - England, Ireland, Holland, Germany, etc. - and replaced them with vast numbers of Turd Worlders...whom everyone knows vote around 80% for Dems, and will continue to do so for the rest of their lives, as new immigrants have traditionally done.

4) As a result of the ‘65 Act, and due to the Dem’s outright lying in ‘86 regarding an effective (or any) fence, there are now probably 30 - 40 million illegals in this nation. Note that the (probably low-ball) figure in 2005 was 11 million...we have 2-3 million come in every year, so simple math says that the number is actually somewhere between 31 and 41 million). If any substantial portion of these people ever become citizens, then the Dems will have accomplished a complete shift of the electorate, and will be virtually invincible on the national level. Every state will become like California, both politically and economically - which is to say, overwhelming Dem and broke. But at least if you don’t like California now, you can leave for a better place without much trouble - where are you going to go if EVERY state is like that?

5) Every Republican, and every Conservative voter MUST UNDERSTAND that if such a state of affairs comes to be, NO OTHER ISSUE WILL MATTER AT ALL, because we will ALWAYS AND FOREVER lose on those issues. Immigration is THE issue of this election, and this election is as critical as the 1860 election was - and for the same reason, because it will determine whether this nation continues on as it has existed in the past, or becomes a new and unrecognizable entity that simply occupies the same geographic territory.
