No, it's definitely the case Mueller handed out several investigations, as is stated in the quote and in all the videos I've linked you. What's up in the air is the nature of the relationship to the main investigation itself. Were they directly related, and he handed them off as a way of getting help in processing them all, and they're ongoing at their own pace? Or did he discover additional crimes not directly related to collusion/conspiracy?
