Anyone really believe any of those 13 Russian trolls will ever pay a dollar in fines or see a day behind bars?

That's not the point.

They were charged with conspiracy to defraud the US Government. Mueller is establishing that with these charges and the guy in the US who already agreed to cooperate.

Collusion is not the charge, conspiracy is. That means that if someone knew about the Russian attempt to influence the elections and attempted to conceal that fact for personal gain, they are guilty of the crime as well.

We don't know what Muellers going to do, but this appears to be the direction he's headed, as both the Don Jr meeting with the Russians and Donald Trump drafting a statement lying about the nature of the meeting would both fall under that umbrella.

We'll have to wait and see.
