He's talking in America. America is a well protected country, so it makes more sense the terror will come from within. And, inside America, whites are the biggest threat compared to everyone else.

the higher rate of blacks killed by police can be attributed to 2 factors.

arrests on blacks are higher than other races and second blacks are more aggressive towards police.

higher arrest rates means more confrontations with police.

the more aggressive a suspect, the more likely a police shooting.


some can be attributed to racism. but the disparity of arrests/police shootings rate is similar even when the police officer is black.

Funny how "per capita" means so much in your argument now. Yet when people point out that young black men are being killed by police at a higher rate "Per capita" you throw that argument away.

One, I never said anything about that subject but since you brought it up, IIRC whites are actually killed more per capita by cops than blacks, but even if they weren't, blacks commit a ton of crime so that's to be expected. The reason old Chinese ladies don't get shot by cops very often is because they don't commit a lot of crime.

The truth is, white, conservative terrorists are by the numbers a bigger threat any way you look at it. The amount of militias that have been formed since Obama became president went from 149 in 2008, to 1360 in 2012 and those numbers are growing.
