  • Best NBA players you've seen by position

Prime for prime here are the best NBA ballers I've seen by position:

PG: Gary Payton (never seen another PG who could dominate on both ends like GP)
SG: Michael Jordan (simply the GOAT)
SF: LeBron James (don't like him @ all but he's great, all around player
PF: Tim Duncan (ho hum with great skill, quietly gets it done)
C: Hakeem Olajuwon (terribly underrated, the most skilled big man of all time, truly the "Nigerian nightmare" on both ends of the court)

    PG: AI
SG: Kobe (I'd put MJ but I was young, Kobe is the one I remember more clearly)
    SF: Lebron
    PF: Dirk
    C: Shaq

I'm not saying these are necessarily the best, but they are the ones who kinda impressed me the most on a consistent basis that i've seen enough to make an actual judgement on based on my age.

      IMO

PG - Magic Johnson: never seen a better Point guard, ever
SG - Michael Jordan: no explanation needed
SF - Larry Bird or LeBron James: their tied imo cant choose between them
PF - Karl Malone: idgaf that he never got a ring, thse who saw him in his prime know what im talking about
C - Shaq: I hated the lakers, still do, but he dominated the position in a way I had never seen before, in his prime he was superman and could do basically whatever he wanted to do between 1998-2004

I was tempted to put Malone @ PF. I think people forget how great he was. He's arguably the best player who never won a ring.

imo its not even an argument

if he was running full speed down the court, the second one of those Stockton passes touched his finger tips it was over
