Why should I, you, or anyone submit to kidnapping when you know you haven't done anything? What if its just a matter of not wanting my time wasted in a police station? Maybe I would be ok if financially compensated for my time when its found that I was unjustly arrested but that is not going to happen you just get violated and have your right stripped away because they are given some conceptual authority.
