Oh it's related. My country is so ****ing stupid. The same guy a few days ago who killed the soldier in Quebec was on a terror watch list. The RCMP, our version of the FBI, confiscated his passport before he intended to leave for Syria. They didn't even charge the guy, knowing full well he was radicalized. Why not let him leave and then cancel his passport so he can never return? Now this **** happens.
