        See, you're unjustly being hostile towards me telling me that you're likely obese or overweight.

        The thing with me is that I was once overweight, actually I was nearing "obese" by definition. A few years ago I was at my highest point, 190lbs and as someone only 5'8" that's not healthy. My blood pressure was high and I was sluggish.

        I am now 150 and feel better than ever. It was never my intention to look "rugged" or "tough", I simply wanted to not be a fat. I wanted to be at a healthy weight, so it was my choice to go down to 150 and I am proud of myself for doing so and nothing you say can take my accomplishment from me. I lost 40 pounds with no surgery, not a lot of people can say they've done so.

          I'm a bit worried.

          At least once a week, I have to take a melatonin. Will there come a time when it stops working?
