National Champions in the Cross Examination Debate Association which is sort of the standard for collegiate debate. I thought it might have been satire at first but I looked it up and it's real.

i haven't watched the videos, but it sounds like you guys weren't prepared for how fast people talk in these formal debates. the idea is that you present too many points for the opposition to be able to refute everything.

That's not debating, that's just bollocks. But then most of these kids have become immune to having the shit kicked out of them because of exposure to shit kickings so they can do what they like.
