Whats the tastiest food in the world for you?

    Savory- French food...Boeuf en Daube, Boeuf Bourguignon, Petit Sale, Epaule de Porc, Blanquette de Veau, Poulet au vin rouge, Navarin of Lamb, etc

    Mexican-Pork in Chili Verde, Mole Poblano, Sopa Tortilla, Albondigas, Pork Carnitas, Enchiladas, Fish tacos, etc.. nothing beats fresh salsas and proper guacamole with crispy tortilla chips!

    Italian- Ragu, Chicken Diavola, Risottos, Aroncini, Pastas (amatriciana, caceo e pepe, carbonara, etc).


    Sweets- Churros, Chocolate Fondant cake, Creme Brulee, crepe suzette, clafouti, pastel de nata (portugal custard tarts), flan, panna cotta, bavarois,
    home-made gelatos, zabaglione with biscotti, etc

    btw- I am a chef and have been cooking for over 20 years =)

        Circumstantial. I can get hold of a kebab that weighs about 2 stone, the taste after 12 pints is ****ing sensational.

                And for the OPs question: Seasoned prime rib with a wood fired grill sear on it, cooked no more than medium. Serve with au jus and horseradish.

                    Authentic Chinese food. It's an ancient kind of flavor, it feels like it has a history, a past-- as the ingredients have been perfected over generations.

                    There's no other food i've come across that can match it. Sweet and sour, spicy and salty, it's a sensory overload of tastes all combined together so pungently that make eating like a revelation. It's a kind of food that you think about after you eat it, because the only thing you want to do is eat it again.
