I try to use mind over matter. Focusing on keeping a positive attitude and remembering it could be worse.

Depression and sadness. How do you deal with it?

There are many things you can do, but the last thing you want to do is just sit there and keep getting sadder, that's not good and it's definitely not worth it bro.

I don't know you personally and I definitely don't know your situation but I know that where there's a problem there's also a solution and some problems are bigger or more difficult then others but they all have one thing in common and that is that they can all be resolved one way or another.
