World's Strongest Man competitors routinely do exhausting challenges that involve pulling trucks or 'Indiana Jones' like boulders with heavy ropes or chains. By comparison, all Mr. Olympia has to do is flex and hold in 15 second intervals.

Both are in pathetic shape from a pure conditioning point of view, but I'd have to go with the strongest man ****s, who at least do some sort of cardio semi-regularly.
