What's the current status of Amir Khan?

Khan is a legit minor celebrity to be fair.

Nobody actually cares too much if he wins or loses. He can still appear on Celebrity Family Fortunes.

It is not like a middle-aged housewife is going to stay up until 5 in the morning to watch Khan get bodied by some young American fighter who looks a bit like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever.

It doesn't really matter what Khan does. He won an Olympic Silver medal and was Britain's one man boxing team in the 2004 Athens Olympics. People loved that.

His china-chin makes him permanently British.
