I don't really do comedy that well but the one film outside C&C Up in Smoke that gets me every time is:

The Room (bad film so bad it's hilarious) It's got to be at picture house (I go annually at Edinburgh Festival). A little smoke before hand, a bag of plastic spoons and queue the tears.

Feldman was great, The whole movie was timeless comedy! almost right up there with Blazing Saddles!
