Considering there are pesticides sprayed on your veggies, you have your choice...boil out some of the nutrients or boil out some of pesticides. Even organic veggies have organic pesticides sprayed on them which are just as harmful as the chemical ones. You want to eat clean you have to find organic veggies with no pesticides, but be prepared to pay a king's random each time at the register.
