Jordan is still better than LeBron. He was already a top 3 player of all time after Chicago won their 3rd NBA Championship in 1993. I think LeBron will be a top 5 player of all time, but he still needs a couple of Finals MVP, and a dominant post season performance.

He will be a top 7-8 player of all time if he wins his 4th MVP, and 2nd Finals MVP this season. It sucks that he wasted his prime in Cleveland. No NBA Teams are capable of winning an NBA title with Mo Williams, and a one hit wonder Larry Hughes as your 2nd best player.

That aint ****. Jordan had a triple double in 10 of 11 games at the end of the 88-89 season.

yeah but we're talking about the 80's. Jordan had nobody to guard on defense and there weren't any skilled defensive players to guard Jordan.

Lebron has to shut down skill players on defense then go the other way and score against great modern day defenders.

I know you're gonna bring up hand checking but that didn't matter cuz in the 80's you weren't allowed to clog the lane. That was considered illegal defense. Players had to play man-to-man and couldn't even hang off the guy they were guarding.

It was a lot easier to play in the 80's...no disrespect to Jordan.

BUT having said that, 10 triple doubles in 11 games is still very impressive obviously.
