    "Citizens/non-combatants, do not render medical aid to downed officers/enemy combatants. They would not do the same for you. They will let you bleed out just so they can brag to other officers that they had a 187 caper the other day and can’t wait to accrue the overtime in future court subpoenas. As they always say, “that’s the paramedics job…not mine”. Let the balance of loss of life take place. Sometimes a reset needs to occur."

They take photos of your loved ones recently deceased bodies with their cellphones and play a game of who has the most graphic dead body of the night with officers from other divisions. This isn’t just the 20 something year old officers, this is the 50 year old officers with significant time on the job as well who participate."

        This story is pretty nuts. From his manifesto it seems like he definitely knows what he's doing but the media reports makes it out like he's making numerous mistakes (failed boat robbery, left behind wallet, etc).

        What is strange is the timing of the manifesto. I know he wanted the attention and to get it out there before he was likely killed, but is there no way to delay-post or something? Just seems like he greatly compromised his "mission" by letting out so many details about exactly who he wanted to kill.

        If he covertly executed more of his "high value targets" and then released the manifesto when the manhunt for a still unknown serial killer escalated, I think he'd have more of an impact on the media. Maybe he was not that confident in his abilities and feared he would be killed before he could post his manifesto online.

        Then again, maybe the guy's a tactical genius and faked the boat robbery, planted the wallet, strategically placed the truck and remotely lit it on fire, and is biding his time 5000 miles away. I dunno.

                  At the end of his manifesto, he rants on and on about dumb ****. Praising Charlie Sheen, promising Tim Tebow he will be a great QB, and being disappointed in not being able to see The Hangover 3.
