I believe that there are people in powerful positions high up in society that perform Satanic sex rituals like in "Eyes Wide Shut." And they will do everything they can to keep that covered up.

Whether they call themselves the Illuminati or not I do not know.

If they have visited, then we don't know. Or some know and haven't told us, but again, I find that incredibly unlikely because of how big the universe is and how rare life is.
