I can make one in my graphics program but I dont have time at work... and for some reason when i try using those gif makers online,, theyre always choppy as ****? but this big one i have now is smooth

You have time to watch inside the actors studio videos on youtube but you don't have 5 minutes to make a GIF?

The few I've made I used Ulead and they didn't come out choppy at all. Actually, Oasis Lad was the one who told me about that program. It's a program you download. Haven't tried the online ones.

ALl those youtube vids, I generally listen to in the background while doing other stuff, occasionally switching tabs to have a glance and then back to work... usually how I post too.
