    • I like em all, performance center corrected a lot of the mistakes of the M&P Shield, love it now

Glock g19 is good too, smooth to carry and not too heavy

I like springfield mod 2 also, I have 2 of them, one in 9mm and .45ACP

It's not that overpriced for a smith and wesson

My smith and wesson 4006 tactical was about a g.

        M&p is like 500

This is the article I got that from.

            Glock are fine. Had several.

Last one I had was about 8 yrs ago though.

Glock to me is just not very good looking. They work though.

All the s&w, ruger, walther, hk "glocks" are much nicer looking.

Maybe the Springfield "glock", the xd/xdm is ugly like the glock.

When you compare it to the SDV9 it is damn near the same...and in some respects the SDV9 even outperforms the M&P (IN MY OPINION) yet its $200 dif... ill be honest I've never shot a 4006 Tac...so I wouldn't know bout why you paid what you did....some times mofo's be paying mad money for stupid ****...like lame grips or little marks here and there......

4006 is an old school pistol. All stainless, all metal, non striker.

Conventional all metal pistols are more expensive than plastic striker fired pistols.

Look at SIG prices or other old school handguns.

Look at the price of Smith and wesson revolvers.

                  Here was mine.

You know what the SD9 is right?

                    It's the s&w sigma.

Had a sigma when I was in high school. Piece of **** imo.

Glock wannabe with a crappy trigger. Jammed too.

That's why s&w been redesigning and renaming it. To get rid of the bad rep.

They made the m&p to replace the sigma. No police dept was buying it.
