I think Cabrera is the safe bet but Trout has a real claim to it also between his much superior fielding and baserunning, also since he played like a month and a half less than Miguel.

Trout struggled very badly down the stretch when his team needed him the most, while Cabrera helped lift his team to the playoffs and you can't just assume he would of done so much better in that month he missed(see september, 200 avg). I would rather have Cabrera, even at his age over Mike Trout at 21. He's a good player but I highly doubt he will ever win a MVP or be as great as some people think he will be. Yes, he can do it all field, hit for decent power, steal etc etc but he isn't this amazing once in this lifetime kind of talent. There's been as good as seasons as he put up(even in the last few year, hanley rameriz) and there has certainly been just as good rookies(Al Kaline for example). Give me the guy that's going to hit 310-330, 40 home runs and around 130 rbis every single year, over some kid that has legs.
