Depends on what you mean by lyrically. Structurally, its harder to judge them because writing fast(er) raps is different, emphasis is placed in different parts and relies incredibly on delivery. Its just structurally different. But if you mean as far as his message(s) are concerned, conscious rapping, than i hear what you are saying.

I disagree with you on the flow bit, his flow/delivery is great imo.


His shows are tremendous, hes a workaholic whos been at it for about 20 years now. 20 years of putting out good cuts, not fading out/making pop/etc.
