  • If Rocky Balboa were a real fighter.

If Rocky Balboa were a real fighter, would he become champion? What would his record be?

Given the fact that his record was sitting at 44 wins and 20 losses with 38 KOs at the time of the first Creed fight it's highly unlikely that he'd have ever earned himself a title shot with that many losses in the real world.

Unless he conducted himself like a total **** like Glen Johnson and claimed they were all actually robberies that he clearly deserved to win.

He would have been stopped in every fight he ever had in the real world. Apart from his 10 fight winning streak against bums.

Actually, I lie. In the rematch with Clubber Lang when Rocky seemingly weighed in as a welterweight he would have gotten a ropey stoppage victory if that fight was held anywhere the UK. It would have been like the Calzaghe/Manfredo stoppage.

      'You're ****, son. You've had enough.'

On a more serious note. A 200-pound pressure fighter would get nowhere in the land of giants except horizontal.

This is how the final round should have went in Rocky.

Yeah that Gentleman Glen moniker was complete horseshit. He took nothing with good grace. The first time I ever heard him admit he might have lost was against Carl Froch when he was past 40 and was ironically level on one crazy judge's scorecard.

                    Dude's a bit of a wanker, imo,
