Well at least this wasnt as bad as the time we all got drunk on the roof and played with fireworks....I mean you can always grow back your eyebrows. No need to get pissy about it.
You can poach or scramble .If your scrambling and egg is flying everywhere I know the problem .You are not whisking it right ( you need to use a fork ) I used to get egg everyehere as well just make sure it is well well whisked .Now I don't even need to cover with a plate etc also poached egg is good in the microwave .

do what i do make a korean souffle
Into a microwavable bowl, crack in three eggs, 1.5 cup of water, some chopped green onion, and salt and pepper to taste
Whisk and beat mixture until light and foamy
Cover with microwave safe lid and microwave for 3 min
Take out and mix slightly and throw back into microwave for another 2 min (more or less depending on your microwave)
Eat that with rice or just by itself
