I agree with you 100 %. It's one of the stupidest things anyone can do. My best friend had a problem with alcohol and lost his life in a car accident because of it.

But that was not the point of this thread...maybe you're worried that there may one or two people on this site that are stupid enough to actually take this thread as actual advice.....

It's not a plan son....but the cops would never have proof that you were drinking before the pint you chug in front of them.....

If you have a better idea on how to get out of that situation, let's hear it...

i don't know what you're trying to say but what happens after you 'chug' your pint. do you think the cops are going to let you leave? and if they do, how do you get home? a cab? why didn't you just take a cab in the first place.

No, they'll definitely charge you with something - but nothing to the magnitude of a DUI.
