About the only good I figure the Suns get out of this is Nash could have just signed with the Lake show. Now at least the Suns at least get something out of it with a sign and trade. The draft picks can be traded and it frees up a ton of cap money to pursue players in their rebuilding process.

Yes the Lakers get an offensive minded point guard. But they are adding an older player to a team that is already looking old and spending alot of money on a player without alot of years left. But I am guessing the Lakers and not through with their off season dealings.

Why do you need such a good PG just to get the ball in Kobe's hands for?

Watch them get Howard too. Funny how the league works.

this is why it doesn't matter. Nash will just be another pylon on the floor waiting for Kobe to pass it to him between his 30 shots per game on 25 possessions. They already had Steve Blake and Nash will just hit a few more 3's than Blake and thats it.

All this did is make the Lakers a little older.

Meanwhile thunder are gonna be exponentially better next year being more battle hardened from making the finals and they also picked up a stud(Perry Jones) in the late round who is pretty much a poor man's Kevin Durant.

Battle of OKC-MIA the next 4-5 years. Other teams will just be battling for 2nd in the conf.

He should have gone to Toronto and become the greatest thing ever in Canada since Wayne Gretzky. The Raptors with Nash and the rookie Jonas Valanciunas would have been a killer combination on the pick and roll and they would have atleast made the playoffs in the east. In LA all he will do is play second banana to Kobe and get destroyed by the Thunder in the playoffs.
