Don't forget the voice dictation. I think the HD screen and better camera is a nice edition. The new more powerful CPU should make things go a lot smoother.Comment

not so much for an upgrade from the 2nd iPad if u ask me, unless you are a graphic whore...
siri is not fully implemented and it is thicker and heavier...
