Took a motorcycle from the bottom of the country all the way to the top to the Thai Border.

Was a complete blast and after a week, believe it or not, I finally got the hang of asian driving. ie no rhyme nor reason for what they do, and no obeying of any traffic laws. HA HA HA.

It's been running through my mind. They are pretty steep. I have to try my connections to see if I can get something cheaper.

It's so tempting but staring at a couple of thousand less in the bank account causes me to pause and think.

I am actually thinking of going to a fight in Germany later in the year so everything is undecided yet.


I like Vegas actually for minor and good fights because you can get great seats and not pay a fortune. But Floyd-Cotto is way way tempting.

Here's the deal with gas prices: They are not linked to demand in the way that other consumer goods are. They are linked to speculation on oil. Oil futures contracts are traded and once it gets to $140 a barrel it will crash and drop back down to about $40, just like it did a few years ago when it went up.

Unless there is a war in Iran then I think gas prices should drop again in a month.
