And im hooked! I love it and I have felt overall better on my lift days. I hate the diet though, no more good tasting food or mt dew Even though Ive only been lifting for a little over a month ive already made great gains in strength. Anyone else here a serious lifter? And if so, what stuff do you take, like NO explode/Jacked ect.

If you can't exceed your own expectations without taking "assistance aka supplements" just quit while you can. I can't stand when someone just started lifting and the first thing they want to know is what supplement to take.
