new york and james dolan still cant learn their lesson.

they are still doing the same thing that they have been doing for the past two decades:

hiring stars and people with famous names instead of properly scouting and drafting players and building a solid foundation that will work for years to come and with an eye towards the future.

This is not one of those moves.

Phil is a great head coach but he wont be coaching. He wont be general managing either so his knowledge of the game wont be being used to draft players or sign free agents.

So what is the freaking point?

J/K bernie.. i know how frustrated knicks fan are. Melo is always on the playoffs even during his rookie years. that guy is a winner. with the right team around him, he will perform.
