Awesome. Has to be seen in the cinema.

Huge rollercoaster from start to finish and me and my GF were n the edge of our seats. If you dont watch it for the story (which was very good) just watch it for the incredible shots of Mt Everest.

Highly recommended

edit: Should put in a con. At times difficult to remember which climber is which as they often have their faces covered. Not really something they could work around but still had me asking gf 'who was that one' at various points.

De Niro is my favorite actor of all time, but he's been less than stellar since the turn of the century. Still has turned in some good performances from 2000-Present though here and there. Meet the Parents, Silver Linings Playbook come to mind. How was he in The Intern??? I'm interested in seeing Joy later this year too where he plays Joy Mango's father.

Black Mass - 8/10 Very solid the whole way through. Not as amazing as The Departed, and I'd place The Town above it as far as Boston crime films lately. But Johnny Depp's best performance since Blow and Pirates 1 for sure. I think he deserves an Oscar nomination, he carries the whole thing, and keeps you on the edge of your seat. A few problems here or there with the film, but Depp really makes up for it. Here's to hoping Depp is back for good.

Knock Knock starring Keanu Reeves

Somewhat entertaining if you like home invasion movies but ultimately pointless and poorly executed.

Not sure why Keanu was cast in this film either, not the type of role that he is suited to and the script was dire so most of his flaws were shown up throughout the film.

4/10 and that's being generous.

I seem to be remember the beginning of Interstellar and nothing else. I think I shut it off like I did Prometheus. I find Jessica Chastain easy on the eyes though. I dug Ex Machina if nobody has said that yet. It is my favorite this year and last year was Raid 2. The last movie I watched was Love and Mercy about the singer of the Beach Boys mental breakdown. I did enjoy that also. You might like if you like a musician's biopic.
