Entertaining flick. But it couldn't seem to make up its mind if it was a horror movie, super hero movie, comedy, or action/adventure. It was all over the place in terms of film genre and where it wanted to take the audience. I did like how they introduced Dr. Jekyll character. Rather typical Hollywood blockbuster with lots of CGI, explosions, and women who can kick men's asses.
The lobster - weird film but pretty good 7/10
Hunt for the wilderpeople - 6.5/10
Going in style - 6/10
Nightcrawler - probably he best out of the lot 7.5/10
WIND RIVER is a chilling thriller that follows a rookie FBI agent (Elizabeth Olsen) who teams up with a local game tracker with deep community ties and a haunted past (Jeremy Renner) to investigate the murder of a local girl on a remote Native American Reservation in the hopes of solving her mysterious death.
jeremy renner and liz olsen take turns over'acting'. a couple of decent scenes dont make up for how long it is.
3/10
