The question in the title is easily answered. I can't "disprove" the existence of spiritual en******. That doesn't mean that there is a good reason to go around believing in them.

There are an infinite number of things you can't disprove and it would be ludicrous to therefore conclude that they must exist. Although it may be pretty easy for you as believing in the ludicrous seems to come easy for you.
