I don't remember which one but in one of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies, when Freddy is thrown off a balcony you can see the mattress in which he lands on.

How no one noticed that when releasing the movie is beyond me.

Another one comes to mind in Oceans 11. The scene where brad pitt and matt damon are waiting for Julia Roberts to come down the stairs. Brad Pitt is eating shrimp from a bowl, then cuts away, when it cuts back, he's eating shrimp from a plate, then cuts away, then cuts back and he's eating from the bowl again.

That's strange, I watched T2 a few weeks back and I noticed the stunt double for the first time I was laughing my ass off.

Also I watched T1 which I hadn't seen since I was young, I didn't realise it was a fake doll in the mirror when he cut his eye out
