Brutal...I have insomnia to but I took a couple of sleeping pills. Going to head to the bed shortly.

lol - i took some sleeping pills at around 1am. nothin' doin'. Now i've just got a headache. making some coffee and then i'm out...burn off some energy, come home and nap and then back to the gym this afternoon.
