Depending on what you class as 'Indian' then yes. Just because you moved out to a land a few miles West doesn't make you a separate race.

The main difference is religion. However, as for nationality, Pakistanis of course are not Indians; they are Pakistanis. This is because, simply, Pakistan is not part of India, it is it's own country and nation.
