tabasco on breaded fried shrimp.

shrimp with shells i like the chinese style. salt , pepper , msg , chopped green onions , chopped chili peppers.

sunny side up - you don't flip it over , yolk stays runny

over easy - you flip it over but you don't cook the yolk all the way through and keep it runny

over hard - you flip it over and cook the yolk all the way
