Depends on the extent of the situation and why I wasn't allowed to see them.

e.g. If someone was diagnosed (for whatever reason) to be mentally unsound and doctors felt there kids would be safer without that person then they would have to accept it.

I saw something on the news earlier about parental kidnapping. I just cant imagine I could live with myself knowing I just gave up on my kids.
