That's like saying you can't have Devastating Hits in boxing. It's a big part of the game, I agree with no helmet to helmet (obv) but let the boys play!

Back in the 70s some guys were literally trying to kill their opponents every play. Everything is more safety conscious now, especially now that the chronic effects of that stuff is increasingly recognized.
