I have a pair of steel toes redwings, but Wellingtons are too redneck for my taste and they lack the militant look I'd rather sport. I mean when I put those on I feel like an A-hole working at an oil rig.

my grandfather owns cattle and horses

also has corn fields and cotton fields

since he has gotten older and has a problem keeping good help around i got up there and help him on the farm.

he is on his last few years though so i think last summer was the last year had a couple of strokes in the last 5 years

hopped up on Ole Blue (horse) and rounded up the cattle and sold them to market.

cropped up the corn and cotton one last time.......wont be planting them anymore

bailed up all the hay and sold it to some local ranches.......

it was pretty sad...........i love that kind of work

nothing clears you mind like working cattle and fields in the hot summer sun
