They need to start locking up women who wear padded bras. Enough of this gender inequality, the fact is that lying about your religion is nothing compared to pretending to a guy that he's gonna get a big boobie banquet and instead giving him a flat chest fiesta.

It's deception but not rape. All people tend to deceive in one way or another to get what they want at some point in their life.
The only thing truly criminal is a person with an STD, knows it, and doesn't say anything. Like a person who has HIV, knows it, and doesn't tell, then yes...that is criminal since it affects the health of the other person.
Different cases though but still on point with deception.

There's actually some precedence to this. A man claimed he was a doctor and was like doing mammograms or something and he got busted on similar charges.
I think it is an interesting thing to think about, but you have to draw the line in the sand firmly and say that lying to get sex can never be considered rape because that actually is a slippery slope.

What it could be is an important learning experience for women to be more discerning when it comes to choosing bed partners. After all it really wouldn't take them long to figure out that the person isn't a lawyer/jew/flash car driver if they left it a couple of days would it?
