If i was a EPL owner i would pick him up from a marketing standpoint.

There would be no other team that could market to the USA like they could.

That's the reason they'd sign him if they infact do get him.

Beckham to La Galaxy, Beckham on loan with AC Milan... He's a good player but the only reason they got him is because of his name.

Man City seem like they want to sign top English talents too, they want to get support from all areas.

Wow at how much the yanks overrate Donovan. He is a decent player, nothing more. Dempsey is better IMO.
