Centopani looks promising. I think he'll get a Sandow in a couple years. Pakulski is too freakish for my liking. I like the more aesthetic shapes. He has some serious caps tho.

Centopani will definitely be a monster when his time comes. Kid is only 27!!

Although I fear that we may be entering the Phil Heath era within the next two years.

My pick to win this year is Kai Greene. Guy is a monster.

I'm actually a pretty big guy myself and really into training, I'd like to attain a physique like Frank McGrath. Been hitting the gym extra hard lately, I should put up a progress thread.

Yea, I used to watch pro bodybuilders getting prepped for Mr Olympia. Bodybuilding.com have some great shows where they follow pro bodybuilders training routines and diet. Used to watch it when Coleman, Cutler and Dexter won back when I was a diet and training fanatic around 05-08

The "X-Man" Toney Freeman is my favorite. I don't follow it that closely though.
