Nah, I just image googled "race and IQ". So in other words, this specific graph has no credentials at all. But to be fair all the graphs and information on this subject matter seem to be consistent.

shocking correlation that there are more mexican and mexican-americans in warm weather states than in cold weather ones.

states like california , texas and arizona have large populations of mexicans and mexican-americans while cold weather states like minnesota and indiana have far less.

cold weather repels mexican immigrants!
