i can first tell you that you gotta have nerves of steel always be cool have tings under control..
I did it constantly in my yute days last time i done it was about 2 years back now..

Now for the Gad method..
My boys stuff if it johnsons baby power and ting
Others stuff in up there arse myself i eat it.I wrap the ting up the night before hand and eat it..
Then obviously you gotta **** it out and go through your own **** which aint good but if wrapped right and done right it works like a charm..
