Derrick Rose is already better than anyone on your list. He's only going to keep getting better every year.

well Rose is in his second season while a lot of those guys are rookies so right now Rose is better but I don't see his game improving much.

20pts, 5.6rbs, 5.8 assists.

yeah Evans is good but he isn't as complete a scorer as some of the other guys on that list. for a guard, Evans has terrible range on his shot. if he could improve that significantly than he would be the best, but if his shot doesn't improve that much, I can't see him being better than Jennings or even Wall.
